WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We are happy to provide free standard shipping for newsletter subscribers.

• Standard shipping is $8.99 (or free with subscription), with delivery in 5–8 business days.
• Priority shipping is $12.99, with delivery in about 5 business days.
• Express shipping is $24.99, with delivery in 2–4 business days.

Orders usually process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM, weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day. At this time, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not available. PO Boxes are accepted, but Priority and Express are excluded. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or U.S. Territories.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 5–8 business days with standard shipping. Orders placed evenings, weekends, or holidays start the next business day.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Orders ship with FedEx and USPS.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email, and it can also be found in your nativeshoescanada.com account.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes! At checkout, you may choose a separate delivery address, but the shipping country must match the website you are shopping on.

CAN MY ORDER BE RE-DIRECTED AFTER SHIPPING?

No. Orders cannot be redirected once shipped and will go to the original address provided. Each order may only have one shipping address.

WILL MY DELIVERY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Deliveries do not require a signature by default.
